Organic restaurant in Jinbocho.
I went there again. I go there very often! Is it because I need more vegetables?
Anyway, vegetables are delicious!! Especially, those vegetables in this season are cooked best.
There was a note "We only use organic vegetables from 1000 tie-up farmers for our meal. And, we don't use any chemical seasoning"
Certainly, this GOMA-SHIO(Salt and Sesame) is very delicious...

神保町にあるオーガニックレストラン。
またまた行っちゃいました。。結構足繁く通ってます♪野菜不足だからかなぁ。
とにかく野菜がおいしい！！何よりも、旬野菜をいちばんおいしく食べられるように調理してあるのが嬉しい。
“全国約1000軒の提携生産者から取り寄せた無農薬・減農薬栽培のやさいを中心としたお料理をご用意しています。味付けはもちろん、合成添加物を一切含まないこだわりの調味料です。”と書かれておりました。
確かに、ごま塩はおいしい。。
